Using SiMTech®, ATS provides an efficient, inexpensive option for companies to access a new technology platform and produce a world class simulation.
Until now, companies have found it very difficult and/or expensive to build a simulation independently. ATS has recently developed a new technology platform to produce their own simulations for corporate learning and are now able to offer this platform to other companies to assist them in developing their own unique simulations.
Not constrained to any one area, simulations can be used in unlimited applications. Training, policies and procedures, new product launches, environmental issues, governmental regulations, dating services …. Practically anything can be simulated.
Key issues, competency models and even special ideas from managers, customers and stakeholders, can provide the basis for highly efficient case studies. Research shows that people learn most effectively from interactive simulation training, and bringing an opportunity to custom build simulations which have “reality snapshots” to them, have proven even more effective. SiMTech® delivers a custom base with the ability to be able to give quantifiable feedback and experimentally engage audiences.

HOW DO WE DO THIS?
- Develop the story line, text, graphics with your own subject matter experts
- Develop participant manuals either by customising existing materials that accompany the simulation or developing new material
- Train internal people to roll out programs using the simulation using our Train the Trainer program
