For many years Abbott Training Systems have been leaders in the field of Behavioural Science and its application to simulated business environments. Over the last 25 years ATS have worked closely with their clients to develop competency models and performance indicators around the ‘Soft Skills’ that are often essential for personal development and organisational success.

As part of the simulation process, participants are engaged as senior operational figures in a Project Management or Executive role. As in any senior role, critical decision making and the successful management of stakeholders has been an important but difficult area to measure. Our behavioural simulations incorporate our proprietary competency model that has been adopted by organisations such as BP and QBE, and includes measuring competencies such as:
