LinC is the latest leadership simulation driven program developed by ATS that focuses on leadership from a multitude of perspectives.  It is designed to heighten the overall awareness of today's and tomorrows' Leaders. 

Developed around ATS's Leadership model OPENUP, the workshop incorporates exercises and theories to promote Open thinking, Personal impact, Entrusting, Networking, Utmost integrity, Planning Perspective.  It also focuses on core leadership skills, leadership competencies and leadership tools and techniques.
