The People Side of Project Management - Public Workshop:
The People Side of Project Management builds on a solid conceptual base using a state of the art simulation tool and enables participants to transfer learning in the area of project management back into their workplace. This program equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to deal with people in projects, an area that is so commonly overlooked.
This program was attended by participants from a variety of industries and organisations, including: ING, Santos, Nestle, and Charles Sturt University.

Leadership in Change (LinC) - Paris Workshop
LinC is the latest leadership simulation driven program developed by ATS that focuses on leadership from a multitude of perspectives. It is designed to heighten the overall awareness of today's and tomorrows' Leaders.
Our latest LinC Workshop was delivered in Paris for a group of senior manager's in December 2006. We have several public programs running throughout 2007. For dates please click here
