This tool seeks your responses to statements relating to ten factors of project management and your current project environment. It will help you identify the positive and negative forces that exist in your projects. The Interactive Behaviour Profile is a self-administered and self scored profile that gives participants feedback on their interactive behaviour and provides the opportunity to become more effective in interpersonal situations.

The objectives of the IBP are to provide participants with self-assessment on their social style and behaviour, constructive feedback from others, awareness of their interpersonal strengths and development opportunities and the opportunity to use feedback as the foundation for self-development.
